The ModHaus is a modular home design. Individual modules connect directly into the Techcore, which is the mainframe and heart of the house. It acts as a base station for many of the house’s key functions. It contains everything needed from technology to A/V. Modules receive vital utilities such as electric, plumbing, heating and cooling through the core’s hub. The channel type structural system allows versatility while still being simple for the user assemble.
