Moderne Design is a multi-disciplinary design build firm focusing on contemporary design.  With the invaluable asset of our in-house class construction division we are able to explore every design solution to its maximum potential.  Every detail is scrutinized both in the office and in the field, always looking for better ways to create our unique solutions.  

Our Residential design process starts first looking at the typical postwar houses that are common in the area.  We look at the most cost effective and smart way to begin our intervention and correct many of the afflictions these types of homes have such as poor flow, circulation, division of rooms and basic modern needs such as bedroom suites which are non-existent in these types of homes.  We also look at light and open spaces to enhance the quality of living.

Our Commercial design process share similar design principals with a stronger emphasis on material alternatives.  We are constantly looking at innovative and effective means and methods to maximize efficient and innovation design solutions.
